Service terms

These terms describe the basic rules for requesting website repair, maintenance and development from e-fix. A written quote can add or replace project-specific terms.

Effective 4 September 2026

Service provider

e-fix is a technical service operated by DEEPXORA LTD. Contact: help@e-fix.tech.

Quotes and scope

A public first look is not a promise that a problem can be repaired. Work starts only after we define the issue, price, expected result and required access. Anything outside that agreed scope needs a separate approval.

Response times

The advertised 30-minute period means an initial response during published service hours. It is not a guarantee that every technical problem will be resolved within 30 minutes. Estimated completion times are provided after assessment.

Your responsibilities

  • Confirm that you are authorised to request work on the website or system.
  • Provide accurate information and lawful access.
  • Disclose known hosting, security or third-party restrictions.
  • Review and approve work within the agreed period.
  • Keep independent business records and backups unless backup work is explicitly included.

Backups and access

We normally create or confirm an appropriate backup before material changes where the available access permits it. Credentials must be shared only through the protected method provided and should be rotated after completion.

Payment

Small jobs may require full payment before work starts. Larger projects may use staged payments. Taxes are added where applicable. Late or disputed payments can pause work and delivery.

30-day fix warranty and lifetime option

If the same agreed fault returns because of our repair within 30 days, we will correct it without an additional service charge. For selected work, a paid lifetime warranty may be included explicitly in the accepted quote. It applies only to recurrence of the same agreed fault while the relevant code, configuration and hosting environment remain unchanged by third parties. Both warranties exclude unrelated faults, new updates, external provider failures and declined security recommendations.

Third-party systems

Hosting companies, payment gateways, plugins, platforms and external APIs remain under their own terms and availability. We can diagnose and assist, but cannot guarantee decisions or uptime controlled by those providers.

Liability and mandatory rights

We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, project-specific limits and governing law are stated in the accepted quote or agreement. Mandatory consumer and local legal rights remain unaffected.
