Who is responsible

DEEPXORA LTD operates the e-fix service. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to help@e-fix.tech.

Information we collect

• Contact details such as your email address.
• The public website address and problem description you submit.
• Request status, correspondence and agreed work records.
• Basic security and technical logs needed to keep the service reliable.

Why we use it

We use this information to assess requests, provide quotes and technical services, protect the service from abuse, meet legal obligations and keep business records. Depending on the situation, processing is necessary to answer your request, perform a contract, comply with law or pursue legitimate security and service interests.

Passwords and sensitive access

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, private keys or confidential source code through the public form. When access is required, e-fix will arrange a separate temporary and protected method.

Providers and international processing

We may use infrastructure, email, payment and professional-service providers only where needed to operate e-fix. Information may be processed outside your country with appropriate contractual and security safeguards. Card information is handled by the selected payment provider and is not stored by e-fix.

Retention

Unconverted enquiries are normally kept for up to 12 months. Project, contract, security and financial records may be retained longer where necessary for warranty, dispute, accounting or legal requirements.

Your choices and rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of eligible personal data, and may object to certain processing. Mandatory record-keeping and security exceptions can apply. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.
